Shipping Policy

Once you have successfully placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details. Your order confirmation email serves as your receipt and includes your order number, product details, prices, quantities, promotional information, payment method, and shipping and billing addresses.

If you have not received your order confirmation email, please contact us at support@mariamem.com.

MARIAM EM offers worldwide shipping with a few exceptions. Shipping costs will be reflected at checkout based on the destination address.

Please note that shipping charges do not include customs duties, VAT, import taxes, clearance fees, or any other charges imposed by the destination country. These costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by MARIAM EM.

We recommend checking your local import regulations before placing an order.

Please provide accurate name and address details to avoid errors or delays. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address. Any undeliverable orders — including those refused at destination, returned due to an incorrect address, or cancelled after dispatch — will incur delivery costs which will be deducted from any applicable refund.
