Returns & Refunds

UAE Orders You may request a return or cancellation at any point before your order has been delivered. Once delivered, we do not accept returns on opened or used products unless the item is damaged or defective.

International Orders Cancellations can only be requested before your order has been dispatched. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to process a cancellation or return, and shipping costs are non-refundable. If you have an urgent cancellation request, please contact us immediately at support@mariamem.com with your order number.

Damaged or Defective Items Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@mariamem.com with your order number in the subject line marked as "ISSUE". Example: ISSUE ORDER#0001.

Sale and Gift Items Sale and gift items are non-refundable.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within your bank's standard timeline. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
